Chicken wings!

I was at New Season’s the other day and snagged a pound of marinated buffalo chicken wings at the meat counter. Cranked up the over to 375 degrees and threw the wings in a baking dish. Steamed a bunch of organic green beans and broccoli. Took about thirty minutes from first broccoli chop to happy devouring.

Cancer survivors… You can still eat the foods ya dig. It’s simply a matter of proportion.
