First of Nine: Tensegrity Blog

Portland, Oregon's Cancer Survivorship and Bodywork Zine by Compassion Arts PDX, LLC

I awoke before the dawn chorus, so nary a chirp would be missed.

A realignment. Towards natural rhythms. Away from flouress and tiny walls and no eye contact of the modern world.

Remember what a glance and a smile reveals about a heart. A lib-dub, lib-dub sending a bow wave in all compass points.

You and I are so very beautiful.

You and I, dear heart, are such very, very old friends.

Tablas in the hands of a grand master musician, finding every hidden note in our skin.
