Myofascial Mechanoreceptors Class
Coming out of the latest fascial research, learn bodywork techniques to engage the four types of myofascial mechanoreceptors in our tensegrity architecture. Incorporate standing client positioning, low-table demonstrations, palpation in motion, pendulation and ideo-motion response into the dance of structurally integrative bodywork. Class will feature group bodywork activities plus hands-on time with live sound healing music.
Requirements: LMT or somatic practitioner. Bring light clothing suitable for stretching and movement. We will need a few LMT’s to bring massage tables.
